I have been working with a few stretch therapist here on BodyTherapy2U for the past 3 months to increase my flexibility. I have substantially increased my range of motion based on the tailored program along with the 2 times a week sessions. Now I am hitting the golf ball farther and enjoying the game more with little to no back or body pain, which used to cripple me at the end of a game. My posture has dramatically improved and my previous hunched over shoulders are now gone. I stand tall and walk straight again. Increased flexibility leads to less injuries and medical issues which results in a better chance of longevity and a pain free life. I am SOLD! I am sleeping better and feel great! Thank you! In the past 3 years I could not leave my house because I was in so much pain. I could not drive myself to the chiropractor or physical therapist to get on a regular program. Body Therapy2U has given me my life back! Every week I have a chiropractor come to my house as well as a massage therapist and I am feeling like my old self again. I have started on with a physical therapist to help me strengthen my core and hips. I do not take pain medication anymore and THAT is amazing! I owe Body Therapy2U a big thank you because this type of service is DEFFENETLY needed. If it were not for this app I would still be bed ridden. Thank you for caring!
